Arda Guler will miss Real Madrid's game against Valencia tomorrow due to a muscle injury, Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed.
The 18-year-old midfielder, who joined Real from Fenerbahce in the summer transfer window, is yet to make an appearance for the Spanish side due to a string of injury issues.
Ancelotti said that the Turkey international's latest issue is "not serious." There is a feeling he will be out for around one month.
He said: "Unfortunately this happened before the match against Braga. It's not a serious thing but obviously, the player is depressed. It is a relapse of the old injury. We have the whole break for him to get better.
"The first injury was a meniscus tear that he already had last year, which he couldn't take. As often happens, it changes your posture a bit. In the recovery of a meniscus or a knee, you can have muscle problems. Your future? It's the most beautiful. I can understand that it affects you. The future is absolutely not in doubt. Hopefully, he can recover after the break."
Ancelotti also confirmed that Jude Bellingham, who sustained a shoulder injury during the goalless draw with Rayo Vallecano last weekend and was an unused substitute during his side's 2-0 victory over Braga in the Champions League on Wednesday, would be fit for the game at Santiago Bernabeu tomorrow.
He said: "We are focused on what can happen tomorrow, which is what the player says, that he feels comfortable.
"He is available and I think that if nothing strange happens I think he will play"
