  • Logic had a very rough childhood living in Sector 8 with his family and they relied on welfare, food stamps, and community services to survive.
  • His mother was an alcoholic and often racially abused him. She had also experienced prostitution and drug abuse and was stabbed and raped. She even tried to choke him as a child.
  • Logic also had a strained relationship with his father, who was absent for much of his childhood and was addicted to cocaine. In fact, his brothers were selling him cocaine.
  • In his younger years, he struggled with homelessness while doing a variety of odd jobs to support himself financially.
